Christmas Around the World!

For everything about school being new and different, the kids did really well, and played great together!

Christmas in Mexico


Brigham's Mom, Miss Mandy, came today to our school and taught us all about Mexico, and Mexican Christmas traditions. This is a sundial, made out of bone.

Mexican Children get to break a Pinata, for a Christmas celebration.

This was by far the best part of the day!

Christmas in Japan


For snack the kids ate a traditional Japanese Christmas cake. It was so Yummy! It had strawberries and whip cream on top!

Miss Annelisa read a story about a Japanese girl in the Friend


Here are the kids showing off their Japanese Oragami swans. In Japan they put oragami animals on the tree for Christmas oranaments.
